This stage helps you explore the following questions:
- Who am I?
- What am I interested in?
- What do I have to offer?
- Before you can choose a major or career path, it is important to know who you are, what you are interested in and what is important to you.
- Follow the Action Plan to help you discover your strengths, interests, values, skills, and identity. Then with the help of your advisor, reflect on how this information relates to your choice of major and career.

Meeting with Your Advisor
Schedule a first mandatory meeting with your advisor to discuss results of the assessments and translate them into major and career options. You may wish to download the reflection card below and try to answer some of the questions and discuss your thoughts and reflections with your advisor. ![]()

Building Your Ed.Folio
Design and complete the "About me" page on your Ed.folio. Write a short paragraph telling viewers who you are, what you are interested in, and what you have to offer. You may want to use results from the assessments you have completed in this stage and what they mean. You may wish to write about: - What you hope to accomplish - What your ideal environment is, and/or what your dream job is Allow your creativity to flow - draw a picture, create a collage, take photos... |
